X Defend Pedal lock for Defender from LRD Track is a purpose-built, permanently mounted pedal lock designed to deter theft on Right-Hand Drive Land Rover Defenders up to TD5 models (without air conditioning). Unlike portable pedal locks, the X Defend remains bolted to the floor and folds flat when not in use, removing the need to stow a heavy device and ensuring rapid deployment.

Operation is simple: release the catch, swing the unit up, and the 10mm steel claw ratchets securely around the brake pedal shaft. Unlock with the supplied key to fold it flat again. Constructed from corrosion‑proof 304 stainless steel with formed hinges and a 6mm stainless pin, and fitted with a British-made Lowe & Fletcher RPT anti-drill lock, the X Defend offers durable, hard-to-cut protection suited to on‑road and off‑road use.

Compatibility and important installation note: Designed for RHD Defenders up to TD5 (no air-con). This product does NOT fit Series or TDci/TD4/Puma Defenders. Because early Defender bonnet pull brackets vary in position and can foul the pedal lock, you may need to relocate the bracket (drill out spot welds and reattach with pop rivets) or replace it with the later TD5-type bonnet pull (available at extra cost).
