LRD Track 'DEFEND-Plus' is a purpose-built tracker and immobiliser engineered specifically for Land Rover Defenders, delivering continuous vehicle visibility and proactive theft defence through our custom iOS and Android apps.

Built for tough environments, DEFEND-Plus is IP67-rated and includes a high-gain external aerial plus an internal backup battery that provides up to six days of reporting if the vehicle’s main battery is disconnected. The unit accepts a wide 9–90V DC input—covering standard and ex-military electrical systems—without requiring an external voltage converter. Alerts include battery cut, towing/movement at height, unauthorised movement and configurable geofence breaches. Installation is straightforward: two-wire tracking for basic operation, with full remote immobilisation setup supplied or optional professional UK fitting for an additional cost.

We continually refine the DEFEND-Plus experience and will release further app and feature updates to enhance control and alerting for Defender owners.

The DEFEND-Plus Track Manager app is intuitive and fast to use. Available for iOS and Android, it provides live location, movement and geofence alerts, trip history, multi-vehicle management and the ability for authorised users to trigger remote immobilisation. The interface is optimised for quick access so you can respond rapidly to incidents and configure alerts to suit your Defender. Additional app enhancements will be released to further streamline controls and notifications.
