S5 Plus: This offers all of the above but also offer immobilisation. Subscription is £16 a month.

S5 Plus Ultra: Again this offers all of the S7 features and the S5 Plus features, but then also offers a back up tracker. Subscription is £21 a month.

With all options there is the benefit of being able to purchase a number of years up front so that you can save a bit on the subscription.
